Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source. 50th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and negotiate with Analytical Graphics Inc for specialized software.� Specific functions needed to perform are, processing for low/high fidelity orbit states, Two-Line Element (TLE) set generation from orbit states, satellite maneuver planning with multi-variable optimization, user defined sensor modeling and support for complex definitions and types, modeling of satellites provided by mission partners, generation of 2D and 3D real-time views, calculation of access times and geometries, modeling of satellite attitude control, communication system analysis, modeling of orbit error estimates, and the ability to share data with mission partners.� This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), only one will meet the Government�s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies. �Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. �Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. �If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition. �The Government will not pay for information submitted any quotation/response should be emailed to susan.ulma@spaceforce.mil by 17 Oct 22, 8:30 am MST.
