- 1. This solicitation is sole-sourced to Aero International, LLC (CAGE Code: 0SML3). The Technical Data Package (TDP) is not considered adequate for competition as the drawings are owned by Battelle Memorial Institute and its authorized distributor for these specific items, Aero International, LLC. The Government intends to procure these items on an other than full and open competition.� The statutory authority to be used to permit other than full and open competition for this action is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), �Soliciting from a Single Source.� 1a. Noun:�Shroud, Assembly, Vial NSN:�6665-01-544-0792 Part No.:�20001591-30 U/I:�EA 2. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. The part is available from Aero International, LLC.� Only the NSN or manufacture�s part number is acceptable.�� 3. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: SU W0MC ARMY GENERAL SUPPLY DLA DISTRIBUTION RED RIVER HIGHWAY 82 WEST TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000 *NOTE:�The contractor is authorized to ship early when at no additional cost to the Government. 4. Please acknowledge�all amendments�to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A.� Include the number and date of each amendment. 5.
