SYNOPSIS OF AWARD AWARD NOTICE Overhead Door Maintenance & Services � Fort Devens, MA CONTRACT W15QKN-22-C-5028 On behalf of the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Devens (USAG), the U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division proposes to award a new contract for quarterly preventive maintenance, emergency service, routine service calls, annual inspection and repair of overhead doors services to multiple facilities located at the USAG Fort Devens Reserve Forces Training Area� on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works located at 30 Quebec St., Bldg. 666, Room 311, Fort Devens, MA located at 30 Quebec St., Bldg. 666, Room 311, Fort Devens, MA. Overhead Door Maintenance will provided service to overhead doors located at Fort Devens, MA. The period of performance for this requirement shall be one 12-month base year and four, 12-month option periods. The award for Overhead Door Maintenance & Services to be performed at USAG Ft. Devens, MA was issued as a SBA 8(a) Program direct award on 30 September 2022 to Santiago, Roberto V. dba. RS Electrical Services, Inc. of Leominster, MA in the total price of $470,494.79.
