- The NSNs listed below are being considered for addition to a subsumable �contract under�Basic contract SPE4AX15D9414 in accordance with DLAD clause L27 Addition/Deletion of�Items (Aug 2017). A formal solicitation will not be issued, since it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. Any company wishing to submit a proposal for any of these NSNs should contact the buyer, Elizabeth Hanlon Elizabeth.hanlon@dla.mil. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Items to be shipped to various�locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an�as needed basis. The purpose of this announcement is to advertise that the Government intends to add the NSNs listed below to a subsumable �contract SPE4AX19D9401� with BAE (54786). �The addition of these NSNs follow the terms of the basic contract� (SPE4AX15D9414) by meeting the terms of DLAD clause�L27.
