In addition, the bid due date is extended to 12 October 2022 at 14:00 JST. Please download all the updated files via PIEE. The amendment is in the end of the webpage. Construct a District Superintendent?s Office (DSO) facility with functional areas containing staff private offices, staff open offices, conference rooms, storage, Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) room, training room, training room kitchenette, logistics warehouse, production suite, information technology workbench, staff lounge, telecommunications rooms, restrooms, an entrance/reception area, and other required areas for a fully functional administrative office. Typical construction is anticipated to consist of shallow foundation systems, reinforced concrete and structural steel framing, and reinforced concrete bearing and shear-walls. Interior construction will consist of reinforced concrete interior bearing and shear-walls, gypsum wallboard partitions, and operable/movable partition walls. Construction also includes a stand-alone water pump facility for fire protection. Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) principles for high performance and sustainable building requirements will be included in the design and construction of the project in accordance with federal laws and Executive Orders. Low Impact Development will be included in the design and construction of this project as appropriate. Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) features will comply with AT/FP regulations, and physical security mitigation in accordance with DoD Minimum Anti-Terrorism Standards for Buildings and any Theater-specific requirements. Facilities will be designed to provide cyber security engineering and validation as specified in DoD Unified Facilities Criteria. Please read the entire solicitation and attachments for details.
