- The NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Program Management Office (PMO) will be hosting two (2) in-person Reverse Industry Days: East Coast: Date and Time: November 15, 2022, 9:00 AM � 4:00 PM EST Location: Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park � 3111 Fairview Park Dr. Falls Church, VA 22042 Registration: https://cvent.me/g3ggNO � � West Coast: Date and Time: February 2023 (More information coming soon) Location: San Diego, CA � The current SEWP contracts provide the latest in Information Technology (IT) products and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved Contractors. These events are intended to allow industry representatives to provide their perspectives to the Government, and to solicit industry feedback regarding innovative solutions the SEWP VI Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) should consider. The SEWP PMO will be offering an overview of the current intended changes and major points of emphasis for SEWP VI, such as: Contract Type(s) Small Business Participation Scope of Technology Products, Solutions, and Services Overall Structure Business Capabilities Timeline, and more Questions can be submitted in advance prior to both events via Slido (see below). All questions and answers can be found on the SEWP VI website within two weeks following each session. In addition, the SEWP PMO will be offering a limited number of opportunities for Contractors to schedule a one-on-one session with SEWP VI Initiative representatives to offer ideas the SEWP PMO may wish to consider. These sessions are not intended as company capabilities meetings but will focus primarily on obtaining recommendations for the next iteration of NASA SEWP. Registration is required to attend both the Reverse Industry Day and to secure an afternoon one-on-one time slot between 1:00 PM EST � 4:00 PM EST with the SEWP PMO regarding SEWP VI. Registration for the event is limited to no more than two (2) attendees per Contractor. The one-on-one meetings allow for no more than one (1) reservation per Company, and this reservation allows up to eight (8) participants.
