Description

Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Contracts Department at Camp Pendleton CA,�92055, intends to award a purchase order on a brand name basis to KeySight Technologies, Inc. The proposed contract action is for MATLAB software licenses, Part No. N6171A-M01 (5 EA), for which MCTSSA intends to solicit and negotiate with�only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.��The determination not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the�Government. Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice or the�Government's intent to sole source may contact the Contract Specialist, Maricela Lerma at�maricela.lerma@usmc.mil, no later than 10 days after this announcement. MCTSSA will not be�responsible for any cost incurred by responding to this notice.
