- This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 1017��������� Room B04 Cable Penetrations.� The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements.� Construction All construction will need to meet ICD 705 requirements, CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13 and Comm Division Specs (see attached). All penetrations through the secure space perimeter wall shall be sealed as per ICD 705 along with CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13. Contractor shall remove current SIPR drop infrastructure and install 40 SIPR drops (all drops have 2 fiber cables, color shall be red and black) that shall be color coded, labeled, and grounded.� The breakout of the location of each drop is listed below. �All patch cables from network switch to patch panel and to end devices must be provided by the contractor. Secure Space: 8 drops Main Intel Desk Space: 14 drops OSK Desk Space: 8 drops Conference Room: 1 drop Classroom: 9 drops Run fiber from new SIPR switch located in the break room into the secure space. Contractor will relocate SIPR rack from the secure space to the break room and dispose of old rack in break room.� Contractor to also relocate existing fiber out of the current rack and into the new cabinet. Contractor shall run a NIPR line from KMETS communication closet to the SIPR TACLANE in the break room and terminate on the existing patch panel. Contractor shall reconfigure and/or make operational two phone ports in the OSK Desk Space and relocate one additional line from Main Intel Desk Space to OSK Desk Space. Contractor to install a 24 port wall rack for the JWCS switch in a separate lockable cabinet with backer board, power and ground. � Contractor shall install 8 fiber drops color coded (yellow), labeled and grounded from JWICS switch to wall terminals near workstations.� They will be landed on new LIU rack mounted FODP on LC connectors. �Contractor shall run a KMETS fiber drop from the existing KMETS switch to the JWICS TACLANE in the secure space.� Fiber to be landed in new LIU in existing FODP. Contractor shall ground and label existing NIPR drops in OSK Desk Space. Option: Contractor shall remove collapsible wall between OSK Desk Space and Conference room and install a partition. Contractor shall remove collapsible wall between OSK Desk Space and Main Intel Desk Space. Contractor shall replace collapsible wall between Conference room and hallway with two non-broken collapsible walls taken from above option 1 or 2. Contractor shall relocate flat screen from OSK Desk Space to central area visible to OSK and Intel Desk Space and rewire video cables from old TV to new TV. Contractor shall rewire video cables from old TV in classroom to already installed flat screen in classroom.
