Description
The 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking industry information and input with regards to a potential Painting Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program. The MACC program is defined as an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract entered into with two or more sources pursuant to the same solicitation. The envisioned MACC program is a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides a vehicle for the execution of painting projects for various U.S. Military Family Housing (MFH) Installations to include Kadena Air Base, Chibana, Camp Shields, Camp Courtney, Camp McTureous, Camp Foster, Plaza, Camp Lester and Camp Kinser in Okinawa, Japan and other facilities on Kadena Air Base, Japan. Contractors will be expected to accomplish painting projects of interior and exterior surfaces of the facilities on base along with surface preparation/repairs required prior to painting. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for work performed will be NAICS Code No. 238320 and Product Service Code (PSC) No. Z1FA. During the life of the contract, projects will be identified as task orders and will be competed amongst those successful contractor(s) who receive a basic contract under the MACC. See attached synopsis document for more details.� ***AMENDMENT 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to add supporting information for this effort. 1. ALL documents uploaded to this synopisis are DRAFT documents and may be later revised by the government. 2.��OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.� The information being requested does not constitute a commitment on the part of the government to award a contract, nor to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice.� This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the government for any purpose.� 3. Disclosure of Magnitude IAW DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of this project is between $25,000,000 U.S. and $50,000,000 U.S..
