The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to: 1) Extend the publish date of responses to RFI from September 20, 2022 to September 28, 2022 due to complexity of RFI submitted. 2) Extend Sealed Bid Opening from September 27, 2022 at 10AM to October 11, 2022 at 10AM. 3) Due to the October 10th Federal Holiday: Columbus Day, all electronic submissions are due on October 7, 2022 by 5pm.
