- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competiton� The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of� 43,436 ANSI/BOMA office area and zero adjacent parking spaces. The space must contiguouse, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.� Mimimum Sq. Ft (ABOA):43,436.00 Maximum Sq. Ft (ABOA):43,436.00 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Durham, NC that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
