- Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary����������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Presolicitation 9NV2113 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Nevada City: Las Vegas Delineated Area: Las Vegas City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�5,500 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Secured): 21 Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Additional Requirements: 1st floor space considered only when no other space is available � will require additional security measures. Space must be contiguous. Offered buildings/properties are subject to risk/vulnerability assessment by the Tenant�s Physical Security Unit (PSU) for security 09/2020 reasons, and if deemed unacceptable as a result, the 09/2020 building will be deemed as not acceptable. Space shall NOT be located in the immediate vicinity (within 400 ft) of a low-risk facility. Ex. Day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals and religious/rehabilitation/social service centers. Space shall NOT be located within the immediate vicinity (400 ft) of any Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant�s Physical Security Unity (PSU) for security purposes. This requirement may be waived by PSU if no other facility is deemed acceptable and PSU approved mitigating solutions can be achieved. Space shall NOT be located in the immediate vicinity (640 ft) of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as �hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities�. Ex. Facilities with potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. Shall NOT be located in close proximity or adjacent to facilities associated with foreign powers identified in the Tenant�s National Security Threat List. Space shall have a minimum setback of at least 20 feet, where the setback will be measured from the interior perimeter wall of occupied Tenant space to any point where an unscreened or otherwise unauthorized vehicle can travel or park. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Las Vegas, Nevada that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
