Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure an Outdoor Caterpillar Diesel Fueled Packaged Diesel Generator Model C18. This replacement EDG is a one for one replacement to maintain functionality of the facility and will be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.. This generator will be added to an existing maintenance contract for the NNSY Dry Dock Emergency Diesel Generators (EDGs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001: QTY 1 See attached ordering data for the scope of work and additional ordering data. The solicitation will start on 22 September 2022 and close on 28 September 2022 and responses may be mailed to sharria.wells@dla.mil. Please make sure that the solicitation number SPMYM122Q0208 is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without the subject line solicitation number will not be read due to security issues. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
