Description

Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Equipment Management Branch Department of Logistics at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�Salsbury Industries Inc., 18300 Central Avenue, Carson, California 90746 unless another vendor responds.� � The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition,�FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The contract is intended to meet the FBCH Equipment Management Branch Department of Logistics� requirement for following items: 1.� 45 Aluminum Mailbox 12 Doors Rack Ladder Systems, features include: Aluminum rack ladder system mailboxes for private access, Units are 23-1/4"" W x 12-1/8"" H x 15-1/2"" D, Available with 5 different door sizes: (#1) 3-1/2"" W x 5-1/2"" H, (#2) 5-1/2"" W x 5-1/2"" H, (#3) 10-3/4"" W x 5-1/2"" H, (#4) 10-3/4"" W x 11-1/2"" H, (#5) have open backs, doors are made of 1/4"" thick extruded aluminum, doors feature a powder coated aluminum finish, and each door includes a 5 pin cylinder cam lock (with 2 keys) 2.� 540 Combination Locks for Aluminum Mailboxes which are 2-digit single dial combination lock with spring latch and automatic throw-off and combination numbers that can be changed by the owner 3.
