- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY VENDORS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS How often do the components of the fleet change? It is anticipated that no greater than 10% of the fleet will turnover in a given year. What is the average, low and high time periods a veteran will have use of the vehicles? Driver Rehabilitation Sessions generally occur between 8am - 4:30pm local time with treatment sessions directed by trained VA staff who accompany the veteran. Where will the vehicles be parked overnight? Vehicles are generally stored on the VA Medical Center campus proximal to the other government vehicles in the fleet. Based on the program to assist service disabled veterans return to civilian life, is a schedule of the current fleet available?
