36C24222Q0691 Questions Contract specialist answers are in red font Is there a list of the generators that are on site KW , AMPS , VOLTAGE : KW, AMPS, VOLTAGE contained in updates SOW. And is this site available for a site visit so I would be able to get information filters battery and so on. No site visit is permitted for this requirement. Many, if not all, of the units listed do not have built in load-banks for testing based on their serials.  Are we to use your existing load banks and connections as GFE for testing or are we to provide our own? Contractor to provide their own load bank. After further review, load bank testing requirement is removed from the scope of the contract. If the contractor needs to load bank after a repair, they can use our load bank. CLIN 0001 calls for 12mo of load bank testing for 13 gensets.  Common sense tells me that this was intended to require 1 per month with 1 month having 2 tests and not all 13 units each/every month.  After further review, load bank testing requirement is removed from the scope of the contract. If the contractor needs to load bank after a repair, they can use our load bank. NY State requirements for other local hospital gensets require 3 quarterly minor maintenance services and 1 major annual service visit.  Please confirm that the schedule requested of 2 visits plus annual is correct. Services to be based on the SOW that was provided. Can we do a site visit? If not can we get a list of generator size, voltage, and phase? No site visit is permitted for this requirement.
