Description

INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:� The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to, SENCORPWHITE, INC., 400 Kidds Hill Road, Hyannis, MA 02601-1850 to Encrypt all database tables and display WARNING message when a user logs on for the Warehouse Library in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and 508 compliance for one base year. Under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41U.S.C. 253(c) (1).� A justification approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because SENCORPWHITE is the only source that can provide upgrade for the Warehouse Library.�� All quotes are due on or before Monday, September 19, 2022 by 12:00 pm EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair And Maintenance INTERESTED PARTIES:� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.��� To be considered, interested vendors must submit technical literature describing their capability to effectively satisfy this requirement, as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this notice, to the following electronic mail address: renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov.
