- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 80TECH22Q0043 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05.� The associated NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). Product Service Code: DA10 - IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE This acquisition is for the following Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) identified below: CLIN 0001 Netscanner Pressure Scanner System The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has a requirement for Measurement Specialties, Inc, a TE Connectivity Company, Netscanner Pressure Scanner System to be housed in the NASA Glenn. The system shall include the following: Listed below are the components required for a multi-channel rack mountable electronically scanned pressure measurement /acquisition system with built in intelligent pressure scanners. These components are to be fully compatible with existing Pressure Systems Incorporated Model 9916/98RK-1 hardware and data acquisition software. The required components with salient specifications are listed below: System shall support the following scanner of varying pressure ranges. Intelligent Pressure Scanner, TE Connectivity/ Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9916 or fully equivalent with the following salient specifications: Compatible for use with a Pressure Systems Inc. Model 98RK scanner interface rack. Scanner shall contain an on board microprocessor and 16 pressure transducers, each with internal EEPROM memory chip for storing factory calibration data. Unit shall output pressure data in engineering units, digitally compensated for zero, span, nonlinearity and temperature effects. Scanner shall be configured for full scale measurement range from a common reference input. Transducer accuracy, after re-zero, +/-0.05% full scale. Transducers shall be able to withstand 2X over pressure of full scale range without reducing sensor performance (Proof Pressure). Able to withstand 3X over pressure of full scale range without damaging sensor (Burst Pressure). Scanner shall have an operating range of 0 to 50 degrees C, the transducer reading shall be internally compensated to correct for temperature effects over�this operating range of 0 to 50 deg C with a total thermal error of +/-0.001% F.S./deg C. Scanner shall provide front access for input of the pressure measurements. Scanner shall have 0.063� bulged tubulation fittings mounted on a quick disconnect plate for input of pressure measurements. Scanner shall be capable of measuring at a rate of 100HZ per channel. Scanner shall communicate via 10baseT Ethernet using TCP/IP or UDP/IP protocols. Scanners shall have internal manifold valving and pneumatic calibration and purge pressure inputs that allow for on-line pneumatic re-zero & span calibrations, on-line purge operation and on-line leak checks of the pressure measurement transducers. Scanner shall contain necessary solenoids to shift valve positions upon software commands. Scanners shall be capable of reading rack source and purge pressures.� Intelligent Pressure Controller, TE Connectivity/ Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9034 or fully equivalent with the following salient specifications: Compatible for use with a Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9816/ 9916 pressure scanners. Measurement and control accuracy of +/-0.01% F.S. and thermal stability of� +/-0.001% /deg C. Controller shall contain an on board 32-bit microprocessor to perform digital temperature compensation of the standards to reduce thermal errors for operational temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degrees C. Controller shall utilize resonant quartz pressure standards for absolute measurements and digital pressure standards for differential measurements. Controller shall output pressure data in engineering units, digitally compensated for zero, span, nonlinearity and temperature effects. Contain a pressure relief valve designed to vent at 110% of the instruments full scale pressure. Controller shall provide known stable pressures to electronic pressure scanners for periodic calibration or validation. Controller shall provide front panel access for all pneumatic and electrical connections. Controller shall communicate using 10BaseT Ethernet, TCP/IP or UDP/IP protocols. TE Connectivity/ Pressure Systems Inc. Model 98RK-1 Scanner interface Rack or Fully equivalent with the following salient specifications: Compatible for use with a Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9816/ 9916 pressure scanners. Capable of housing eight scanners. Capable of providing ethernet communications, hardware trigger, and power supply for up to three Measurement Specialties 9034 pressure calibrators. Utilizes keyed system of calibration pressures to eliminate the chance of�over pressuring the 9816/ 9916 modules. Incorporates front panel LEDs to indicate the status of Ethernet links, power supply, scanner manifold position and system health. System shall support the following controllers of varying ranges: TE Connectivity/ Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9082 or fully equivalent with the following salient specifications: Compatible for use with a Pressure Systems Inc. Model 9034 Intelligent Pressure Calibrator, providing power, ethernet communications, and hardware triggering signals. Compatible for use with a Pressure Systems Inc. Model 98RK-1 Scanner interface Rack.
