- Amendment 1 corrects the incumbent contractor name to Crown Consulting Inc **NOTE: This special notice is a market survey for Ontario Engineering Services (OES). For all OES Draft SIR documents please reference the sam.gov announcement, Notice ID: 693KA8-22-R-00005** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking updated industry capabilities and feedback on the draft Ontario Engineering Services (OES) requirements. 1. Interested Parties Form Interested vendors are to provide current System For Award Management (SAM) registration information with their response. See below for submittal instructions.� 2. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code The NAICS code projected for the procurement is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Construction. The size standard is $39,500,000. 3. Incumbent Contractor� The incumbent contractor for this procurement is Crown Consulting, Inc., Arlington, VA, Contract# DTFAWA-09-D-00062. 4. Information Purposes Only This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This is not a solicitation. This notice is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) of any kind. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. No evaluation letters or results will be issued to respondents. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by vendors in response to this notice. This notice does not restrict the FAA as to the ultimate acquisition approach it may take in connection with the requirement nor does it restrict changes to the SOW. 5. Response Guidance The FAA intends to review all responses received to gain additional understanding of Industry�s knowledge and comprehension of the available draft OES documents. The FAA is particularly interested in vendor capabilities to meet the critical functions listed on the OES Interested Parties form. The FAA may determine not to respond to one or any comments, questions, or other feedback received from interested parties. All information received will become the property of the FAA unless otherwise marked. 6. Instructions for Submittal of Capabilities Statement Respondents will be given a total page limit of 7 pages for capabilities statement submittal. The font used for text must be Times New Roman, size 12.� Tables, charts, graphics, and figures must not use fonts smaller than 6 points.� Top, bottom, left, and right margins must be no less than 1.0 inch.� Page size must be 8.5� x 11�.� Pages must be numbered sequentially. Any documents or files submitted must be compatible with MS Office 365 or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Responses are requested no later than 3 pm.
