- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Kentucky Air National Guard Recruiting, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: Line Item 0001:���� 2 JOB Two (2) Louisville Football Game � game dates/times TBD Line Item 0002:����������� 3 JOB Three (3) Women�s Basketball Games Line Item 0003:����������� 1 JOB One (1) Men�s Basketball Ga Line Item 0004:����������� 1 JOB One (1) Baseball The intent of the Sole Source Award to University of Louisville to gain access for advertising and recruiting. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement. Additionally, unique supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources. National Guard Recruiting has provided the data certifying the benefits of recruitment at traditional long standing Universities. �� University of Louisville is located at 2301 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40292, Telephone Number: (502) 852-5555 is the sole source for University of Louisville. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday, September 26, 2022. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
