Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH22R0164. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS code is 325413. This is full and open competition. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System (AFMES), Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory (AFDIL) to provide DNA Collection components that include customized blood stain cards in accordance with the according to specifications listed in the Request for Quote.
