The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, minimum of quantity of two (2) each up to a maximum quantity of 18 each of a Pump, Rotary; NSN: 4320-01-369-2761; Part Number: 3880225-3 applicable to the A-BJ Apache Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) is 360 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304-5000 �(W62G2T).� This item is restricted to the following vendor: �� ������������Transdigm Inc., DBA Aerocontrolex, CAGE: 81833 (LB) This item will be acquired for the second or subsequent time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. �The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. There is no cause to contest the ownership of the rights. Reverse engineering is not feasible. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: usarmy.redstone.devcom-avmc.mbx.amr-m-sar@army.mil and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
