Description

Design and Construction Services for the FY22 National Roofing Program (NRP) FY22�Project # 28 � HI006, Ft. Shafter Flats, Hawaii (HI) ****This Solicitation is for the NRP MATOC Pool Only**** Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR20D0014�thru W912QR20D0020, Design Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Building Envelope, Roof Repair and Replacement Construction in Support of U.S.�Army Reserve National Roofing Program (NRP), Army, and Air Force Reserves�Sections. ***Amendment 0001*** Amendment 0001 is hereby issued and incorporates the following changes: a.� This Amendment shall be acknowledged with the submitted Request for Proposal. b.� Specification Sections, Volume A HI006 01 11 50 Scope of Work has been replaced in its entirety due to one page being left out from the initial Solicitation. c.� Wage Rates have been updated for General Decision Number HI20220001 (Hawaii Statewide) as of 09/02/2022. The due date for offers has been extended to 20 September 2022 at 5:00 PM (ET). ***Amendment 0002*** Amendment 0002 is hereby issued and incorporates the following changes: a.� This Amendment shall be acknowledged with the submitted Request for Proposal. b.� Specifications Section, Volume A HI006 01 11 50 Scope of Work has been replaced in its entirety, with Paragraphs 14.1.3, 14.2.3, and 14.3.3 revised to clarify the color requirement for PVC.
