- General Dynamics � Applied Physical Sciences Corp., Groton, Connecticut, has been awarded a $4,133,552 cost plus fixed fee and cost only contract for the procurement of engineering services in support of Passive Coherent Processing and Enhanced Torpedo Defense. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $22,842,023. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut and is expected to be completed by September 2023. If all options are exercised, work will continue through September 2027. In accordance with FAR 6.102(d)(i) and (ii), this contract is considered to be the result of full and open competition.
