- This is a request for information/sources sought notice to identify sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide maintenance services for the Veterans Health Administration Clarksburg VA Medical Center at 1 Medical Center Dr. Clarksburg WV 26301. Statement Of Work 1. General Intention: It is the general intention of the Louis A. Johnson VAMC located at 1 Medical Center Dr. Clarksburg WV 26301 to acquire contractor services for the purposes yearly annual maintenance of sixteen (16) Air Innovation temperature and humidity-controlled cabinets. All cabinets are manufacturer part# SSC4500DX. 2. Contractor Requirements: The contractor shall be an authorized representative, or factory trained and certified technician by Air Innovations INC. 7000 Performance Dr. Syracuse NY 13212. 3. Contractor shall perform all preventive maintenance, replacement of materials, equipment adjustments at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC property. The contractor will be required to remove equipment from a variety of clinical locations within the facility and relocate to an acceptable servicing location on government property as identified by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Upon completion of preventive maintenance activities, the contractor shall return the equipment to its previous location. Reinstall any required field required devices such as but not limited to venting, HVAC fixtures, etc. The contractor shall provide all replacement or consumable items required for the scheduled yearly maintenance activity at no additional cost. Following is the current yearly preventive maintenance schedule: Verify Temperature and relative humidity meet setpoint Clean cooling air filter Replace HEPA filter Check power cord for damage Change keyless lock batteries Change UVC bulb Change UVC deflectors on a two-year schedule Change vapor supply tube Replace water reservoir, water pump, all hoses and tubing associated with water distribution system. Inspect heater element & liquid level sensor, clean and test water level controls Check and clean thermoelectric cooler Verify correct heater parameters, voltage, temperature, fan operation Verify correct recirculation fan operations voltage, temperature, fan operation, clean fan Verify correct hat rejection cabinet fans voltage, temperature, fan operation, clean fan Clean/ vacuum any dust accumulation from the refrigeration cassette coil and inlet air filter Calibrate cabinet pressure controls Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors Verify door seal integrity, replace as needed Verify all gasket integrity, replace as needed 3. Material Specification: All materials, or replacement items shall be in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. 4. Contractor hours of work: Contractor shall perform all work during facility business hours, 8am -4pm Monday Friday. Interested & Capable Responses NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide the services described in SOW. Please respond with your: 1. Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), D&B number, and person of contact (including telephone number & email address). 2. GSA contract number, if your company has one, that includes the labor CLINs necessary for the performance of the work specified above. 3. Capability statement and summary of relevant experience performing these types of services for VHA and other healthcare entities. 4. Ballpark cost estimate what VHA could expect to pay your company to perform the work described above. Responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM (EST) September 15, 2022. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.).
