Description

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties with the capability to perform routine maintenance and software upgrades required for the Interactive Authoring and Display Software (IADS), a real time and post test display and analysis software suite that supports multi-discipline testing.� A maintenance agreement to maintain and support the IADS software is required. The software is used on test aircraft and in the telemetry ground stations to display real time data being telemetered from test aircraft. This software is highly configurable and allows the user to build and save custom data displays which are used to monitor safety of flight parameters that are essential to the safe operation of test aircraft. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to validate the sole source acquisition strategy and/or determine if there are other sources capable of satisfying the requirement. The intent is to award a software services Agreement/Order to Teletronics Technology Corporation dba IADS Business Group. This SOURCES SOUGHT is for informational purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal and does not constitute a solicitation.� Responses are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this Sources Sought.� No solicitation will be released regarding this requirement. The proposed contract action will be a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of IADS maintenance/software upgrade services. If your organization has the capability to provide the above described IADS services, please provide the following: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this requirement, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210. The Product Service Code is 7A20, IT and Telecom - Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software).
