Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR A SOLE SOURCE AWARD for Rocket Software support PoP of 10/1/22 - 09/30/23. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a request for quote from the sole�source OEM for Rocket SW. This is an annual maintenance which includes support for Rocket�Software. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to�solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability�statement, proposal, or quatiation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:15�AM EST on 22 September 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's�capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaulated;�however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon�responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All documentation and questions�will be forwarded to the Technical Point of Contact for evaluation.� Items being purchased: Rocket Software support.
