- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24422Q1240 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The Altoona Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Altoona, PA has a requirement for Brand Name Only CIVCO Astra TEE Probe Reprocessor - PLUS as per the attached RFQ document. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to David Santiago, david.santiago2@va.gov no later than Friday, September 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
