REQUIREMENT The Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL) Building 1 is in need of renovations, to include raising the basement floor slab, at the Lake Michigan Field Station, located in Muskegon, MI. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 � Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a corresponding Small Business size standard of $39.5M. DRAFT PEROFRMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR COMMENTS Interested parties are invited to review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide comments for the Government�s consideration; including feasibility of the requirement as written, unforeseen challenges, revision suggestions, etc. Additionally, interested parties are invited to weigh in on the commerciality of this requirement. Comments should be submitted in the form of Microsoft Word and/or PDF (searchable format) documents attached to emails received no later than 5:00pm MST, Friday, 10 October 2022 to the following individuals: Contracting Officer: Darrin Moore at darrin.moore@noaa.gov Contract Specialist: Jeremy Morris at jeremy.morris@noaa.gov� QUESTIONS Respondents may submit questions regarding this notice to the contact(s) listed below.
