COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N22Q0147 Articulating Mast Boom Lift (Qty: 2 EA) for�The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, Oregon � U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 07 September 2022 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0147 for the purchase of Articulating Mast Boom Lift (Qty: 2 EA) for The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Purchase Description for a full list of specifications, quantities and materials required. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This solicitation is advertised as an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS Code 333923 - Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail System Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.� The government requests quotes for the following items: CLIN 0001: ARTICULATING MAST BOOMS (2 EA.) per specifications in the attached Purchase Description. Delivery Information: Delivery is 90 days after award date of contract to the following location:�USACE � The Dalles Lock and Dam,�David Hovde or Michael Changar,�The Dalles Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 88,�The Dalles, OR 97058 Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
