- Title: Strength and Conditioning Platform Software Support Services Description: The U.S. Army Special Operations Command intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with BridgeAthletic, Inc., PO Box 610123, Redwood City, CA 94061 for a follow-on (quantity increase) to an existing Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for annual software licenses support services for the Strength and Conditioning Platform with a period of performance beginning 28 September 2022 through 23 August 2026, the remaining four (4) one (1) year ordering periods. Pursuant to 13.501 (a), a justification for this action is attached and has determined that these services are only available from its producer/manufacturer and not through dealers or distributors. No other sources possess the capability to meet the Government's requirement. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, but merely notification of the Government's intent to modify an existing (IDIQ) contract with BridgeAthletic, Inc., PO Box 610123, Redwood City, CA 94061 for the Strength & Conditioning Platform Software Services. The Government intends to modify the existing contract in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.501(a) only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements for the above stated service. The Government's determination not to compete this contract action is based on agency market research and the nature of the follow-on requirement. Responses to this notice may be collected for future requirements however, due to immediate mission needs, will not be considered for the purposes of this acquisition.
