Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Modification to Delivery Order (DO) N0001918F1652 to the Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001916G0001, on 11 July 2022. This modification is to identify specific Data Link transmit testing test blocks on the Missile Subsystems Test Set (MSTS) and the implementation of updates to the MSTS and factory test instructions to bypass Data Link transmit testing. This modification was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.� The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.� Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Boeing at the following address: The Boeing Company, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd St. Louis, MO 63134-1939.
