- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25722Q1138 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 333318 (500 Employees). 100% SDVOSB set-aside is used for this solicitation. The items being requested are as follows: Item Number Unit Description Quantity 0001-0008 EA Combi Ovens, 2 Year Warranty, Installation Kits, Water filtration system, Installation, and Oven stands 4 The supplies being requested are for the food and nutrition services section of the Audie L Murphy VAMC and Kerrville VAMC. Services are to be performed at the VA South Texas Healthcare System, Laboratory, 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio, TX 78229 and Kerrville VA at 3600 Memorial Blvd. Kerrville, TX 78028. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization (if not the manufacturer) and a description of equal items, and have, at minimum, a Satisfactory past performance rating. Offerors are to provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
