Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912TF-22-Q-0048, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 � Computer Systems Designs Services. �This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business size standard of $30 million dollars or less, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 9 Sep 2022 at 1600 hrs Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a travel CLIN on a cost reimbursable basis. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items:�� CLIN 0001: �Build GKN SharePoint Site (Firm Fixed price) (QTY= 7 Months) Build new GKO site using legacy content, as described in paragraphs 5.1 through 5.1.2 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Build out of new site must be completed NLT 31 May 2023 (POP: 20 Sept. 22 - 31 May 23) CLIN 0002:� Site Management & Development (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The Contractor shall provide on-going site management after launch of the new GKN site.� This will specifically require the creation of a site Governance plan as described in paragraphs 5.2 through 5.2.1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).� (POP: 20 Sept. 22 - 19 Sept 23). CLIN 0003:� Site Administration & Troubleshooting (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The Contractor shall provide site access in response to a Government controlled ticketing system as described in paragraph 5.3 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).�� (POP: 20 Sept. 22 - 19 Sept 23). CLIN 0004:� Training (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 3 Jobs) The Contractor shall provide virtual training to site collection administrators and users on how to manage their own content, upload documents, modify content, set calendar appoints, etc. at least once every four months during the performance period.� Reference paragraphs 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS). (POP: 20 Sept. 22 - 19 Sept 23) CLIN 0005 Option Year 1 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) The first option year to provide on-going site Management & Development, Site Administration & Troubleshooting, and Training as described in paragraphs 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, and 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS).� (POP:� 20 Sept. 23 - 19 Sept. 24) CLIN 0006: Option Year 2 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) Option year to provide on-going site Management & Development, Site Administration & Troubleshooting, and Training as described in paragraphs 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, and 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS).� (POP:� 20 Sept. 24 - 19 Sept. 25) � CLIN 0007:� Option Year 3 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) Option year to provide on-going site Management & Development, Site Administration & Troubleshooting, and Training as described in paragraphs 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, and 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS).� (POP:� 20 Sept. 25 - 19 Sept. 26) CLIN 0008:� Option Year 4 (Firm Fixed Price) (QTY = 12 Months) Option year to provide on-going site Management & Development, Site Administration & Troubleshooting, and Training as described in paragraphs 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.3, and 5.4 of the performance work statement (PWS).� (POP:� 20 Sept. 26 - 19 Sept. 27) CLIN 0009:� Contractor Travel (COST-REIMBURSEMENT) (QTY = 1 JOB) The successful offeror must travel to JFHQ at 1 Minuteman Way in Concord, NH for in person meeting with stakeholders.
