Pre-Solicitation Notice: W912DR22Q0066� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � New Sodium Permanganate Washington Aqueduct, Washington, DC Description of the Work: The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of providing the required services. The primary objective is to furnish all of Washington Aqueduct�s Sodium Permanganate in accordance with these specifications. The chemical shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B603, latest revision, for Permanganate, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall be certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60. The Sodium Permanganate is used in the treatment of potable water and drinking water. The work will be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) within the boundaries of the Baltimore District with the delivery of chemicals to Washington Aqueduct, Washington, District of Columbia. Period of Performance: Five (5) years Location of the work: Washington Aqueduct McMillan WTP 2500 First Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20001 Solicitation Information: The solicitation will be uploaded to www.sam.gov on or about 6 September 2022.
