- Fort Drum has a requirement for precast cocrete block to be used on an anti-tank range.� Detailed specifications are attached.� Delivery is to Fort Drum, NY.� Combined synopsis solicitation is attached.� Return signed CSS in accordance with instructions to offerors. Award will be made to lowest price offeror who meets all requirements of this solicitation.�� This combined synopsis solicitation is amended to clarify that the deadlinge for submission of a quote is 6 September at 10:00 am EST, there are a total of 4 CLINS in the solicitation, and delivery is to Fort Drum, NY - in vicinity of the location depicted on page 18 of the attached amended combined synopsis solicitation.� This solicitation is additionally amended to clarify that the dealine for receipt of questions is 31 August 2022 with any required amendments issued no later than 6 September 2022.� Amendment 3 updates the combined synopsis solicitation document adding page 2 of the CSS for Contractor to fill out to include overall price and blocks for offerer signature.� �
