- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0224 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).�� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-07.�� This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336411 the small business size standard is 1500.� CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure:� 0001, Agricultural spray drone with multi-spectral camera sensor, quantity 1 each Description/Statement of Work/Specification:� Four-rotor UAS platform equipped with a high-precision spraying system. Able to be flown in either autonomous or manual flight control modes. Tank capacity of 2-3 gallons. Swath width of 15-20 ft. Obstacle avoidance using millimeter-wave radars (both forward and backward facing). 1080p high-definition first-person-view live camera feed. Toolkit that contains operation and maintenance tools (torque wrench, pliers, various screwdrivers, a digital level, GPS tracker, etc). Multi-spectral sensor with gimbal mount and sensor integration. Spare parts kit Real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning using two GPS units. Handheld RC controller/monitor device to allow for manual flight control. Long range radio telemetry modem that can communicate with multiple UAS, can connect directly to computer/tablet via USB, and will allow operator to communicate with the UAS without the need for internet connection. 12s 16000 mAh Battery. 2500w battery charger. Lifetime software license. One year manufacturer warranty that covers component defects. Regulatory assistance through FAA documentation and consulting. Comprehensive training manual (covering the maintenance and handling of the UAS, precision agricultural knowledge and techniques, UAS regulations, and safety) and simulation training program. Unlimited remote technical support.
