- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N0024422Q0213. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 811310 �Commercial and Industrial machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance is applicable and business size is $8.0. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 8 September 2022 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. � Requirements ************************************************************************** NMCPAC CWD Unit Seal Beach, CA provides Exercise and Training (E/T) mines and associated equipment to the fleet as directed by COMOMAG in support of various fleet and multinational exercises In addition, to a base year, there will be four options years for above services. Refer to statement of work for full detail. Qty. 12 Months Period of Performance: Base � 9/15/2022 to 9/14/2023 Option 1 � 9/15/2023 to 9/14/2024 Option 2 � 9/15/2024 to 9/14/2025 Option 3 � 9/15/2025 to 9/14/2026 Option 4 � 9/15/2026 to 9/14/2027 Delivery: FOB Destination. �� Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government.
