- Description
- The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) requires contractor provided�support to monitor the computer and internet activities of defendants and persons under�community supervision by United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices (USPPSO)�in all 94 judicial districts within the United States and its territories on a 24 hour / seven (7) day a week continuous basis. The contractor�s solution shall provide the following services: 1) Data Capture - 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week data capture of defendant /�offender�s computer and internet usage and activities on Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS. 2) Remote Access via Dedicated Interface - The contractor shall provide officers 24�hours a day, seven (7) days a week remote access to the dedicated interface. 3) Physical and/or Remote Installation and Removal of Hardware and/or Software�- The solution shall be able to be installed and uninstalled by officer or contractor. 4) Security � The contractor's solution shall possess a security infrastructure to prevent�unauthorized individuals from gaining access to defendant / offender data. 5) Storage of Captured Data � The contractor shall ensure all captured data is stored in�a secure environment within the contiguous United States. 6) Technical Support - On-call 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week technical�support. 7) Training � The contractor shall provide training to the officer staff on the�installation, use, and maintenance of the monitoring solution.� This should include�certification training to ensure officers meet the minimum standard in usage of the�solution. 8) Technology Refreshment - The contractor shall provide a technological refresh at�any time during the period of performance, should a technological advancement occur�that would enhance the contractor's ability to perform data capture and management. The contractor shall provide all equipment, software, and associated support required to�successfully perform the requirements of the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ)�contract and all task orders and / or Blanket Delivery Orders (BDOs) placed against the�IDIQ contract. Please refer to the attached solicitation document USCA22R0097, Attachment 1 - Statement of Objectives, Attachment 2 - Section B, Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire, and Attachment 4 - Performance Work Statement Template.� Collectively, these documents provide details on the requirement, the instructions for preparing and submitting proposals, and the evaluation criteria the Judiciary will use to evaluate proposals received.
