- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0178 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).�� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-07 effective August 10, 2022. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513 and the small business size standard is 750. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure:� CLIN 1:� ADMS autonomous discharge measurement system (3 each) for non-contact discharge measurement with simultaneous measurement of surface velocity and water level for calculation to discharge incorporatin flow velocity radar and water level radar in a single integrated system with MRL-7 data logger, integrated 3G and 4G communication with antenna. CLIN 2: Storage battery for ADMS system (3 each) CLIN 3:� Sollar panel with mounting bracket, 30W (3 each) CLIN 4:� 4G network SIM card including SIM card, activation and configuration of customer online dashboard (12 each) CLIN 5:� 4G network SIM card including SIM card, activation and configuration of customer online dashboard (12 each) CLIN 6:� 4G network SIM card including SIM card, activation and configuration of customer online dashboard (12 each) CLIN 7:� Any and all costs for shipping, handling, freight and delivery to the destination in Davis, CA. Description/Statement of Work/Specification:� Please see the Minimum Requirements and Specifications document Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance:� Delivery is required no later than November 30, 2022 This requirement shall be FOB Destination.� FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
