VA HANDBOOK 6500.6 MARCH 12, 2010 APPENDIX C C-12 Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.  This is not a solicitation; a solicitation will not be posted. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Bausch & Lomb 1400 North Goodman Street Rochester, NY 14609 Unique Entity ID (SAM): LTHFBQUCMPU4 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for Stellaris Units with Bausch and Lomb. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis.   The NAICS 339113.
