- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)/ Veteran Owned Business. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB s must be listed to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Building 12 Trash and Debris Removal. The services will be performed at Central TX VAHCS facility in Waco, Tx in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
