This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract base plus 4 option years with an SB to obtain a Media Management for the New England area radio/television broadcast area. This is for advertising done in the 6 New England States Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island for VISN1 Outreach program.
