Description: Refer to the attached purchase order, sole source and PWS documents for a description of the requirement.� This is not a request quote; this is a notice of the 106th Rescue Wing (RQW), 106 Mission Support Contracting (MSC) office of a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Van Wagner. pursuant to FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) as the only known source that will meet the Government's requirement. The New York Air National Guard has awarded advertising services to Van Wagner. This special notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The determination by the Government not to compete the requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
