Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC., 707 Grant St STE 1340, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, UEI: ZL57F24XHM41; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is to purchase a one year subscription to American Metal Market and Metal Bulletin data provided as a combined resource through Fastmarkets.com. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional details. Period of performance for this requirement is 9/30/2022 through 10/1/2023.� This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. �A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. �The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. �However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
