- This is a sources sought notice.� �Please provide any sources that may be able to manufacture these items. The only approved source for these NSN(s) are currently:: (81640)� �SAFRAN POWER USA, LLC (56623)� � MICROSEMI CORP.-POWER MANAGEMENT GROUP DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent Award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) on the attached Market Research spreadsheet.� The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length.� As a potential supplier of this item, we are asking that you fill out both the market research questionnaire and spreadsheet to the best of your knowledge, and return within five (5) business days.� We request that Negative Responses (including the reason why you don�t want to participate) also be returned within the desired timeframe so we can make a timely determination on whether or not a IQC/LTC is possible.� Upon receipt of a completed Market Research we will further develop the package and forward to our Buyers.� The information contained in the survey and spreadsheet will be used to generate a realistic and beneficial solicitation.� The resultant solicitation will be issued as either a Commercial (FAR Part 12) or Non-Commercial (FAR Part 15) procurement.� In order for us to determine if an item is commercial, we need you to provide the types of documentation specified in the Market Survey questionnaire.� Based on that documentation, the government will determine if your items are commercial per the definition found at FAR 2.101(b).� It is your responsibility to provide the data that helps the Contracting Officer make that determination. �Your proof of commerciality needs to be submitted along with the Market Research package you are submitting.�
