- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00, a fixed priced purchase order to provide Studio Supplemental Crew and Support a comprehensive range of production services including tasks such as writing, producing, directing, camera operation, graphics production, audio engineering, broadcast engineering, web streaming, video editing and mastering. Rental of studio and field production and streaming equipment in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. �The estimated period of performance is one base year and 2 option years. ""All business proposals final price shall be submitted in whole dollars only, rounded to the nearest dollar."" The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 512120. Responses must be sent electronically in MS Word format to Renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov on or before Monday, September 12, 2022 by 10:00 AM EST. Responses shall be no more than 10 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor's plan to perform Statement of Work; 2) Fully loaded rate and anticipated hours. For the purpose of establishing timely receipt of a quotation, the time will be established based upon electronic submission. All Responses will be evaluated on Evaluation Criteria 1) Technical - meeting the requirement, 2) Price - the amount.� The Government intends to award an order to the responsible offeror whose quotation offers the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. All responses/quotes submitted shall remain valid for a period of 180 days. Interested parties must be able to affirm no conflicts of interest with parties involved in Medicare claims processing in light of the work identified in this Statement of Work. In the event that the vendor/government identifies a conflict, the vendor shall be responsible for providing a mitigation strategy that satisfies the government. In the event that the conflict cannot be resolved, the order cannot be awarded or an existing order may need to be terminated.� Please Note: All contractors must be able to provide service for all items; partial quotes will not be accepted.
