Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Government owned GETINGE Sterilizing and Washer/Decontamination Units at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.� The anticipated period of performance is from 15 September 2022 through 14 September 2023 (base period), with four (4) one-year option periods, and includes FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.� �� The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Getinge USA, Inc. (Getinge), as Getinge is the sole factory authorized provider of service and support for the US market on equipment manufactured by Getinge.� No other companies have the software rights or are authorized by Getinge to work on their equipment.� This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offerors; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the annual size standard is $22 Million.��
