- Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with 38 USC 8127(c) under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) Authorized or required by statute, Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003. This award will be made on or about October 1, 2022 to J.E. Federal Enterprises, LLC. 1455 Reynolds Dr, Auburn AL 36830. The period of performance will be for 1 year after issuance of the notice to proceed with 4 option years. The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA Medical Center (TVHS VAMC) has a requirement for Employee Assistance Program services and employee assessment, counseling, and referral services. Service to include but is not limited to: Program development and consultation services assessment of organization Needs Assist in the development of program policy and procedures Provide ongoing consultation and program evaluation Provide training and orientation services Provide work/life services Provide assessment, counseling and referral services Provide utilization reports Provide program promotion materials The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621330 with the size standard of $8 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. However, all VETBIZ VIP certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business sources may submit an offer and technical capabilities/narrative If said offer and technical capabilities/narrative is received within 10 calendar days of publication of this notice, the narrative will be considered by NCO 9. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
