- AMENDMENT #1 CHANGES DRAWINGS FROM PUBLIC TO CONTROLLED Full and open competition. Email quotes to adrienne.f.brooks.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 1 September 2022 2pm Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). If shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. Destination: Naval Base Kitsap-Keyport, Washington. Please review all attachments. A description of the supplies or services required to meet the agency�s needs: Scope:��This proposed contract is for procurement of Cover Assembly, End of Run NAVSEA Drawing 6832376 Rev A, Assembly Level Baseline with Drawing Reference, Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. The award shall be for a base year with one option year. Requirements: CLIN 0001 - Cover Assembly, End of Run First Article (Qty. 2) The contractor shall build and test Cover Assembly, End of Run in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 6832376 Rev A, Baseline with Drawing Reference - Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 40. The government will need 45 days for IC � Dimensional/quality inspection. The contractor shall develop and produce First Article Test & Inspection Report using NAVSEA Drawing 53711-6832376 Rev A, Baseline with Drawing Reference - Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. (CDRL A001, Test/Inspection Report) CLIN 0002 - Cover Assembly, End of Run Production (Qty. 28) The contractor shall build and test Cover Assembly, End of Run in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 6832376 Rev A, Baseline with Drawing Reference - Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. Inspection and Acceptance to be performed at NUWC Keyport by Code 522. The government will need 45 days for IU � End user inspection and acceptance. The contractor shall develop and produce Production Test & Inspection Report using NAVSEA Drawing 53711-6832376 Rev A, Baseline with Drawing Reference - Sequential, and all associated drawings, changes, and specifications. (CDRL A001, Test/Inspection Report) CLIN 0003 � First Article & Production Test & Inspection Reports, Data CLIN 0004 � Cover Assembly, End of Run � Option 1 (Qty. 30)
